The centre of the Christmas film is the talented set designer Gediminas, who lost his job just before the holidays. An unhappy Christmas awaits him, but he will lead the lonely to such. He does not worry about the twelve traditional dishes: the man is concerned about whether he will have anything to put on the festive table this year.

Gediminas decides to put on a Santa Claus costume and go to work on the street - this is how he hopes to find food. However, the happy ending will have to wait - the biggest surprise for Gedimin will be a boy with eyes shining with kindness, who suddenly appeared in the life of a miserly old man...
