Morten, directed by Ivan Pavljutskov, was presented at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival as part of its Special Screenings programme.

Every film begins with uncertainty — with conversations, creative decisions, revisions, and the hope that one day the story will connect with an audience. Seeing Morten welcomed so warmly at Karlovy Vary was therefore a particularly meaningful moment.

I was grateful to contribute the film’s original score and to experience the screening together with the creative team and the festival audience.
